The Iraq's Media Authority of the Popular Mobilization Units (PMU) announced on Monday, launching the second "Lebiaek Ya Rasool Allah "operations to liberate north of Tikrit city and south-west of Samarra in Salaheddin province from ISIS control.
The Media of the Authority said in a statement, that the operations have actually towards north of Tikrit to liberate the rest of the city and south-west of Samarra towards Ramadi, the center of Anbar province.
